Fit To Fight

Join Holly and Chris for a challenging small group training that will be intense, technique driven and will focus on the basic fundamentals of boxing. This high-intensity workout will push you to your limits and beyond with bag work, plyometrics and bodyweight exercises. This is your chance to step out of your comfort zone, be fearless, and find out what you’ve got!
