Donna is the HAC’s Group X Director with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is certified to teach Group Fitness and Personal Training (AFAA), Spinning (Madd Dogg Athletics’), Gravity (efi Sports Medicine), TRX suspension (Fitness Anywhere), BodyPump (Les Mills), Mat Pilates (AAAI/ISMA), PiYO (Beachbody), Kettle bell Small Group Training and Yoga Fundamentals I (SCW Fitness). As the previous owner/operating manager of The Bodyshop Fitness Center, she has been dedicated to helping clients obtain and reach their fitness goals for years. Her passion for fitness helps to inspire, motivate and build great relationships in her classes. Her workouts are consistently unique, challenging and always fun!
