Eoghan Brennan

Eoghan Brennan

Personal Trainer, HAC Zone Trainer

Eoghan developed a love for fitness and bodybuilding at a young age. While most high school kids were managing their facebook profiles or carefully tweaking their fantasy football roster, Eoghan was training, getting stronger, and educating himself about fitness and the human body. His philosophy in the gym has always boiled down to training hard and heavy, but equally as important, smart and with precision. “ The greatest secret no one wants to tell in the gym is that there truly are no secrets. There are no miracle workouts, no magic pills, or 3-minute ab exercises. Your success in the gym comes down to the same deciding factors that govern your success in any other endeavor, hard work and dedication to your goals. Those who learn to savor the process of becoming a stronger version of themselves will ultimately succeed over those who act only with the end in mind.”
