The 6-Week Power 3 Workshop with Mike Kerns will introduce you to the three main lifts in building a strong body (deadlift, squat, bench). Week by week, we will teach you the correct form to increase your strength, and how to incorporate these lifts in your everyday routine. We will also work on accessory lifts that will help increase your numbers and overall strength.
