I recently finished my service in the United States military, where I was fortunate enough to train and work with elite Naval Special Operations team members. The lessons they taught me, and the confidence I received from their training program, is something I will carry with me every day, and would like to be able to pass on to you. Through proper goal setting, commitment, and the right motivation, absolutely anything is possible! Prior to the military, I graduated with a B.A. in Physical Education from Monmouth College, where I was a six-time conference pole vault champion and two-time NCAA qualifier. In addition to track and field, I have also competed in wrestling, soccer, football, and a whole host of martial arts. I believe in living a healthy lifestyle, focused around a well-balanced diet, and proper exercise. My experience in training ranges from both athletes to non-athletes of all ages.
