Jewel has over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry. Her certifications include: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM), Group Fitness (AFAA), Gravity Group and Personal Training (efi Sportsmedicine), TRX and Suspension (Fitness Anywhere), MVe Pilates Chair (Peak Pilates), P90X & PiYO Trainer (Beachbody), Mat Pilates (SCW Fitness), Spin (Madd Dogg Athletics’), and has passed various courses in athletic conditioning, weight loss, youth training, etc. She has her B.A. from Kutztown University and M.B.A from Walden University. She has had the privilege to be the Manager of the Gravity program since 2008. She currently oversees the Small Group Training and Apparatus programs at the Horsham Athletic Club. She has experience training individuals ages 8 to 75 that have a wide range of fitness abilities from beginners to fitness enthusiasts, athletes to seniors. She often speaks about how to lead a healthy lifestyle at community events, seminars and corporate meetings. She aims to provide training that is challenging, dynamic, fun, effective, entertaining and time efficient. Every day she is inspired by people driven to meet their fitness, nutrition and health goals.
