Credit Card Processing Fee Change – Effective July 1st
Effective July 1st, 2024, a monthly infrastructure fee of 3% will apply to all membership types with a credit card listed as the primary payment method. An infrastructure fee is a credit card convenience fee.
An infrastructure fee is a credit card convenience fee that is being passed along as a change in our business practices. In order to avoid this additional fee, you must switch your primary payment method from a credit card to a checking/savings account (ACH).
How to Update Your Primary Payment Method
Fill out an ACH form and return to us, or follow the steps listed below on the new HAC app.
- Open the HAC app on your smartphone.
- Select the profile icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Choose “Payment Methods” from the menu options.
- Click on “Add New Payment Method.”
- The following screen defaults to credit card. Instead, select “Bank Account” from the top menu.
- Enter your bank information, and save the payment method.
- Confirmation: Shortly after your bank information is provided, our team will contact you to confirm your account has been updated.

Please note that all account changes will be effective by the next billing cycle, starting July 1st, 2024. To ensure an infrastructure fee does not apply, you must update your payment preferences for all club charges and in-club purchases before July 1st.
