Medicare

Horsham Athletic Club proudly offers Medicare fitness benefits – such as Silver&Fit® and Renew Active® and One Pass™.

Renew Active® is insured by UnitedHealthcare® and One Pass™ is for individual plan holders of an eligible Medicare or Medicaid plan.

Both plans offer memberships to the Horsham Athletic Club at no cost to you.

For Renew Active® and One Pass™: To enroll, you will first verify eligibility through your health insurance provider and/or One Pass by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your health insurance card. If you are eligible, your provider will give a 9-digit confirmation number that begins with either an “A” or an “S”. You will bring your ID number and your photo ID to the club to get your membership started with our in-club Membership team.

Silver&Fit®: You can verify eligibility through your health insurance provider by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your health insurance card. If you are eligible, your provider will give an 8-digit Fitness ID number. To enroll, we ask that you bring this ID number and your photo ID to Horsham Athletic Club.
