Group fitness classes are so much more than a just a workout. You train with a large group of like-minded people working toward similar goals. Members are driven by the music, instructor dedication, and a team mentality. An exercise class structured with a purpose can be beneficial for the beginner and novice members. They are designed with a proper warm-up, workout progression and cool-down. Members stay interested and support each other because of the social atmosphere that is created by these fitness classes and instructors.

Variety is the spice of life, and while it’s important to find and stick with a workout you love, there’s certainly no harm in trying something new! This is where you have the opportunity to experience different formats ranging from HIIT to Yoga classes. These workouts can help build a foundation and structure that you can use to fuel your healthy fitness journey for years to come. Instructors create a safe positive fitness environment, you leave class feeling stronger, healthier and inspired! Don’t forget that all of our classes are go-at-your-own-pace… Don’t be intimidated by a class, just because you have never tried it before!

How to have the Best Group EX experience
- Be open minded and ready to try a new series or different class formats
- Arrive 5 minutes early to class and get equipment needed for your workout
- Let the instructor know if you have any medical issues or limitations, so they can help you modify if needed
- Wear appropriate fitness clothing and sneakers
