Mike is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and has a B.S. in History and Education. He originally played baseball and football at the College level but suffered an injury that ended his career. The injury turned into a blessing and led him to be a personal trainer, a mixed martial arts instructor, football and baseball trainer as well as a football, baseball and basketball coach. Mike has extensive experience training small and large groups as well as individuals. His experience as a teacher enables him to work well with student athletes and coaches. Mike’s passion for fitness is reflected in the results achieved by his clients and students alike.
